Agora os clientes Unimed no Estado do Ceará (abrangendo Unimed Ceará, Unimed Cariri e Unimed Sobral.) poderão criar um cartão virtual que funcionará como um espelho do cartão físico e será usado para realizar seu atendimento na rede assistencial credenciada. Após instalação do aplicativo o cliente precisa realizar um cadastro simples e rápido que permitirá a sua utilização mediante validação de senha e de token garantindo uma camada adicional de segurança em todo o processo.
O Cartão Virtual Unimed torna as transações mais seguras, pois é gerado um código de token temporário que é passado para o sistema de autorização. Confira abaixo algumas informações importantes da solução:
● o cartão virtual deverá ser utilizado no atendimento;
● o cartão físico continua válido normalmente;
● clientes com plano nacional que precisem realizar atendimentos fora do Estado do Ceará devem portar o cartão físico e apresentá-lo no prestador de serviço credenciado;
● o sistema atualiza automaticamente informações do cartão do cliente;
● o token para o atendimento é gerado a cada 30 segundos;
