Update: Dev got back to me and seems to have corrected the bug with updates. Seems to be working well now! Original: Has a lot of potential but I am still unable to update the firmware (GO button does nothing still), and recently the EQ settings are not saved once the app is closed and the earbuds have been disconnected and reconnected (from one day to the next). If these things could be fixed in the app, there is no reason this would be anything less than a good app.

I like what I see so far, only wish I could use it. It keeps popping up and saying Connect Device in Setting wherever I try to do something. I don't know what they means and I've tried everything I can think of that it could be referring to. I've seen comments on here saying that it won't work if the two headphones aren't connected, so I made sure that minor connected and it's still not working.

A very disappointing app for a few reasons. The app refuses to open without both media AND location permissions enabled. I don't see the point, and strongly detest sharing location data with JLab. My main gripe is the "Auto play/pause sensors" toggle simply doesn't work at all. I personally find it irritating that it pauses media upon the removal of only one earbud. It would be nicer if it paused upon the removal of both.

This app worked well at first. I was happy how well it worked. The update ruined these headphones for me. I can still adjust noise canceling and the be aware level. Now it resets as soon as I leave the Jlab app screen. The app won't update the headphones either. It stays at 0%.

The app is not functional for me it says to please reconnect the headphones in settings or something like that I'm displeased with the app but I'm very satisfied with my purchase with the Earbuds -JBud air icon true wireless earbuds. - They look minimalistic I like brands that show their logo but not the words of their brand it's irritating - Generally comfortable but they have the logo imbedded in eartips which has minor discomfort. - It's difficult to tell whether it's steel or gold looking.

No problems with this app, whatsoever! I've been using them for about 2 months now on OnePlus 8. First update still had mic issues. Just installed second update today and confirmed with my caller that mics were clearer. Only nitpick I have would be to adjust the algorithms for the adaptive ANC to have less 'counter-noise' in a quiet room with ANC levels at the max, then applying it only when needed. Definitely not a knock against the product, just a thought... Worth well above its price!
