Different approach to recording memos. Now without touching a phone you can quickly record your thoughts or ideas.

Viri has “hands free” interface. By using chosen voice command you can automatically trigger background recording process even if your screen is turn off and hidden in your pocket!

While walking, driving, running, cooking... Wherever you are, whatever you do.

Additionally it controls media sessions on your phone – so whenever recording is started – different active audio sources are put on hold and resumed when recording is finished.

Alternatively you can use volume buttons to start and stop recording!

It has also built in cloud synchronization feature - so your files will be safely backed up.

TECHNICAL NOTE:
Please make sure that you read how application works!
Most probably default setting won't work properly on your phone!
Please make sure that you configure at least "volume threshold" parameter according to your needs!

Permissions needed for application:
Main privileges – there will be questions at the start of app to accept there:
Recording (RECORD_AUDIO) – needed to record memos
Storage (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

Other privileges:
MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS – needed for high quality of recordings and for proper quality of recognition service
BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN, BROADCAST_STICKY – needed for bluetooth service (only if headset is in use)
INTERNET – only in use when you allow Cloud Storage synchronization
VIBRATE – needed for vibration
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – needed for verifying current state of network connection (read only) – this is in use when synchronization to Cloud Storage is active
