rely bed app uninstall app after my led screen not show

The filter color is soft and nice, BUT often will suddenly go back to the normal unfiltered brightness for a few seconds which shocks my eyes all the more. This usually happens when i shift from app to app, when there is a pop up box, ad or notification, or when a low battery warning appears.
