Exactly what it says on the tin. Simple but very useful. As an enhancement suggestion, allow for the cypher to be shifted either direction (e.g. ROT-12, ROT-14, etc.)

It does simply and interactively what a Rot13 decoder/encoder should do. No more. No less. It has : no BS, no network for calling-home, no ads, no nagscreens, no popups, no permissions, no registration. It has a simple (non-simplistic) functional interface. It is Freeware. MISSING : Copy button Paste button .
