Everything went worse after the launch of the New Version. Forgot password is not working. Fund switching service is a very big failure in the new version. A lot of unwanted steps, left to right scrolling, Dropbox without selection, manual entries, and system reinstatement to Dashboard, without giving any options to select next fund or next policy for switching. And very long loading time and a lot of challenges every time. Truly unprofessional.

Fund switching system has become worst in new version. A lot of unwanted steps has been added. Manual entry of switch out value is a big mess. For multiple policies we have to start again and again to select the policy number and start from beginning because there is no any select option after every switching. Old version was very easy to use and kindly reinstall the switching section as it was in discontinued version of Life Assist. I know your reply asking me to write to customer care..

Worst app ever seen. Keeps crashing most of the time. Don't have an app developed just for the sake of keeping one. Even app of municipality office (if any) would have been more functional then this. If play Store start giving option for negetive stars also then I am sure that rating of this app would have been in negetive only.

1. A lot of service links / options not working. 2. FUND SWITCHING system is fully complicated with inclusion of several unwanted steps and manual entries. Tick option / Auto fill systems can resolve issues with manual entries. 3. I have Multiple policies. After completing SWITCHING for one policy, I have to start again from dashboard. 4. Consolidated IT CERTIFICATE link is missing. Old version was very good for Fund Switching. New version is worst . Zero rating to this app.

It taking too long time during opening, please make application which is easy to open faster at slow data speed also.so that it is useful for all and anywhere.

Not able to login I am not able to use request OTP feature. Also timer inside OTP enter screen is not working so ,resend option is also useless I went through other reviews Basically everyone is facing issue with login, And they are responding with template. Fix the issue regarding login ASAP. No point in sending email Do a basic sanity on the login .
