Terrible ISP, never responds! Their app used to show day/night data separately, but suddenly it only shows it as one amount, you have to GUESS which data is left. They don't respond to messages sent and the app doesn't even show up to date data left...

Ordered and paid for the 70GB + 70GB Telkom LTE package on the 2nd of May and on the 3rd, it says I'm left with 130GB but I haven't even received the sim card. I want to know where the 10GB disappeared to in those 24hours. This is very unsettling as a new customer.

Experience has been poor. The internet service is slow and when I want use the live chat to query it doesn't work. The data balance display is slow to update. I double billed and never got refunded.
