I think the webpage from mobile is faster and better in everyway. Why does the app even exist. It gets me back to the login screen every time. I understand sometimes it happens when I am not using for ling period. But everytime!!!! Clicking on something takes forever to render. Do u jave ur own rendering engine? Chrome does it better.

the look of the app is absolutely atrocious, look like a 10 year old designed it... i have heard good things about iinet but the app lacks quality please fix it up and at least attempt to make it look like the screenshots like on the app store then I and most likely other's well consider rasing the star rating

Put a total usage in , for peak and off peak ! don't make me add it up day by day, this app is all but useless

Terrible. Don't bother with it. There should be a no star rating. Will not let me sign in. Kept saying password is incorrect. I reset it and the same thing. Can sign in with web browser. Reinstalled 27/11/19 with the same issue still. NO response from iiNet who boast Australia's best ISP customer service. One of the two reasons I changed to them. Uninstalling.

Is it just me or does this app not work with iiNet NBN? It seemed to be working perfectly fine when I was using ADSL, however, I can't seem to log in at all now. I have reset my passwords a few times as well and still nothing. Not great since you already had a working product...

Came across from Telstra to iiNet, c'mon guys this app is unusable, same issue as everyone else, can't log in. Telstra App was easy and functional. I suggest you use some of the money I'm paying, find some "Cash strapped" Uni students and sling them some coin to make an app that works. Up your game iiNet, unacceptable for an internet provider to have such a hopeless platform.
