ZERO STARS!! Bloody USLESS!!!. Cant even register on the app, which then means I cant do anything on the app. Have tried 6 times with 100% correct details and it always says the information isnt valid.

Would gladly rate this a fat 0 but not allowed. GCCC app is like our council... good from far but far from good. Can't believe this app is still live in Google apps. Amateur council with an amateurish app. Keeps crashing, session ends without notice, UI is from the 80s and has more bugs then Moreton Bay.

Doesn't work. Tried to set up an account and the submit button is disabled (all fields correctly filled in). Tried to submit a request without logging in (as suggested) and it gives a 'cannot continue without session id' error. What a waste of my time! Try harder. Update:Feedback from dev to 'switch it off and on again' (basically) doesn't work. I wonder how much taxpayer money has already been spent on this and how much will be spent to make it actually work?

Update: force closed the app as instructed by dev team, seems to be functioning normally again. impressed with speed of response from dev team. Original review: I was a regular user of the previous app. Can't use the new app for creating new requests as it continually comes up with an error message "A session ID was not provided" "cannot continue without a session ID" If this issue could be rectified so we can submit requests like we used to you'd get at least 4 stars out of me. Despite what the clown dev says, yes you DO need to register to lodge a report. Now requires you to "register", however the registration process within the app won't complete. You press 'Submit' and it does nothing. What was wrong with the previous method of entering your details? My old details are still in there, but when I try to place a call, the app returns an error.

Was able to log in but after I submitted the issue, it didn't appear in my issues so I had no idea whether it was actually submitted. Ended up phoning it through.
