This app does not work more often than it does. Honestly...constant issues and customer service is just poor.

Since the new update, have had nothing but issues with trying to connect both via wifi and internet. Never had an issue with the app before the latest update. Very frustrating.

Had an issue connecting on the mobile network, polyaire were really good at communicating and solving the issue.

Works well when connected to wifi, but as it is supposed to connect via internet, while it did well once now does not at all..tried numerous troubleshooting, restart air con unit, uninstall reinstall app, clear cache and data.. Problem still persists..
