Very disappointed that you have moved Optus @home to My Optus app, it was user friendly to have some control over the router, instead of manually logging into the router using a computer. You can no longer see who is connected or no longer able to restart the router by using the app. Optus you have gone backwards, please correct this, thank you Colleen π

Mostly unreliable. Often tells you it can't give you an Mbps reading due to "no internet access" when clearly there is. Even Optus tech support don't recommend it when asked. Needs a lot more work - like a lot of Optus tech.

As expected from droptus. Stupid app redirects you to the webpage that then tell you to install to useless app. My download speed has been around 0.5mb for best part of a week. The staff tell you to unplug the 4g modem or reset the modem.. derrrr... still on 0.5mb dl and 2.5mb upload. Deadshits at droptus hace no clue.

Typical Optus service.... I've got a wireless broadband modem with a SIM in it and a mobile No attached to that. The app wants to send me a code but as the SIM is in a modem, it cant read it... FFS how hard can it be to provide an alternative ? Im sure it works ok IF you can connect

Piece of poo that doesn't function with the optus nbn modem (sagemcomm) Now you've killed the app and made some functionality via optus@home app..... what an absolutely brilliant idea..... but the home phobe nbn is in my wifes name and my mobile is in mine and I therefore can't interact with the modem from my mobile phone!!!
