Installed the app but cannot log into it. Tried all my credentials, phone number, account number, etc, the app just freezes and keeps showing "Signing in" icon rotating forever without actually logging in or showing any information. Quite disappointed. No instructions available either, therefore no idea what the problem is. If you can fix it, happy to review my feedback. P.s. I have VOIP services with Mynetfone and regular online services work well.
