About this app

This is an engineering/profesional tool addressed to carriers, phone vendors and others which want to evaluate the quality of its wireless network and its device.

The following measurements are available:

- Data throughput (TCP or UDP), one way delay, jitter and packet loss
- File transfer download/upload (FTP): Session time, mean data rate, failed and cut-off transfer attempts
- Web browsing (HTTP): Time to download web page, mean data rate, failed and cut-off transfer attempts
- Ping: RTT, Average Non-reachability
- Short Message: Access Delay, End-to-End Delivery Time, Receive Confirmation Time
- VoIP calls: Estimated MOS
- Telephony: Actual time in off-hook state, and success call ratio.
- YouTube: initial buffering, number and frequency of rebufferings, and MOS
- Mobile originated call and data: Throughput before, during and after the voice call, and ratio of successful data and voice calls
- Mobile terminated call and data: Throughput, and ratio of successful data and voice calls
- Send short message and data: Throughput, and ratio of successful data and voice calls
- Receive short message and data: Throughput, and ratio of successful data calls and short messages
- WLAN time to connect: Time to connect to a WLAN network and ratio of successful connections
