Worst ID verification I did so far and I did a lot. It took nearly 20 minutes to complete it and I was genuinely surprised, that I wasn't forced to put my finger in my nose and wiggle with my left toe at the same time. The requirements are rediculous. I even had to use both hands to perform a task while holding the phone at the same time...

Very quick verification. Within 30 seconds I was connected to an agent and the verification itself took about two minutes. The agent did have an accent though which made the process a bit more difficult for me.
