This App is totally unusable as it requires an unlocked bootloader and the mandatory use of a fingerprint reader. Dear application developers, please understand that my device is my property and it is my right to use the device with an unlocked bootloader and root access if I choose to do so. I addition I will never use any application that forces a biometric identification. Fingerprint readers has been proven various times to be insecure and in addition biometric characteristics can not be changed if they have been compromised. I would like to ask you to reconsider your application strategy.

Extremely complicated, really bad UX, linking via the QR code didn't work at first (you must not omit the www in the web address). It feels like the people who develop this app and the related services have no idea about app development (or any software development for that matter). Using this app feels horrible. Oh, and having to scan your fingerprint a million times doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the app or the security of the service.

I am sorry, but the app is useless as even simple tasks require an additional computer. It's highly unprofessional and not even a "real" app as they simply run a webkit and render the web page. The Austrian chancellor advertises this failure as success and simply shows poor judgement.

It's all waaay too complicated. You have to activate fingerprint security, scan a QR code with another device and I'm not even done yet - and fun fact: I just need the app because it does not work on my computer. Please improve these servcies asap!

The user is in a wheel constantly - the handy signature and fingerprint is needed for next to each step. Why is a one time handy signature + fingerprint not sufficient? More of the same does not provide any additional security.
