Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ASIM App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

ASIM App is free. It is a sales and inventory management application that allows users to work online or offline and then sync with the server if they choose to.

It allows receipt printing or sharing via email or whatsapp. Sales can be done in wholesale mode or retail mode. The wholesale mode allows selling in cartons and pieces. A wholesaler can even specify a retail price which is the price to be used if a buyer wants a carton divided by 2, 3, 4 etc. The wholesale mode is for distribution companies or wholesalers who sell in cartons and optionally in pieces.

The retail mode allows selling only in pieces or units. This is the mode for supermarkets, retails stores etc.

ASIM App provides employees management. An employee can be added to a store and assigned a role. There are several access rights for roles and each can be enabled or disabled for a particular role.

Having employees added to a store means that the store owner gets all the activities of his employees on his device. An employee can also be assigned to get the the activities of other employees on his device.


Inventory management include purchases, stock counting and stock balance. A set of products to be counted can be selected and assigned to an employee. Inventory or stock balance can be queried with reference to a particular time. A set of stock counts can be compared with the system count using the time of stock counting for each product as the reference time.
