This app completely sucks. Im trying to send pictures from one of my android phones to another of my android phones and no matter what I do this stupid app will not find the other phone and connect.. I've updated the apps on both phones I've allowed every single permission and I've even went as far as trying to get it done by using a hard line and connecting both phones by usb-c and still NOTHING !!! This app is 100% complete and utter GARBAGE !!!

couldn't even get it to download and my wifi and signal bars were full ..... it is a waste of time and patience!!!!!!!! it just won't download and I don't want to wait for ANOTHER 2hours, again🤬😡. My advise is to use another app to transfer your files ect.

Rubbish keeps closing too many pop ups, unable to move forward. Even review is difficult to post!!

This bloody new Smart Switch app is a BIG BIG piece of rubbish. I can't get any of my files I backed up on my stolen phone. If you guys are so incompetent rather do not make any updates. Ya'll should've let it be on the older version instead

Samsung Smart Switch makes it more easer to transfer photos, files and important data from your old mobile devices to your New Phone.
Even if your old phone is not a Galaxy device, transferring data to a new phone via USB Cable, Wi-Fi or computer is done within a second.
When you are transferring by Wi-Fi, you need to download the app.
you only need the USB connector included with new phones. From contact info to messages,
from your photos and videos to your music library, your calendar events to your favorite apps,
and even your mobile setting preferences, with Smart Switch, you can pick up exactly where you last left off.
Tap Send Data on the old phone
On the new phone, tap "Receive Data".
And then tap "Cable"
Connect the two phones using the old phone's USB cable
and the USB OTG adapter that came with your new phone.
Once it finishes scanning the old phone,
select the data you want transferred and then tap "Transfer"
When finished, tap "Done" on your phone
and tap "Close" on the old phone
Your contacts, images, pictures, videos transferred over to your new phone.
Launch Smart Switch on both phones.
