This app is great for expressing your feelings, but there is a few flaws. It often does not save any of the data I put in despite making sure I've saved it.

This is a good app, love the idea, but it's not developed very well for Android. It keeps giving me the start up page, and even lost two of my entries. As soon as the fix it and give it a fresh coat of paint I'll give it 5 stars. 👍🏻

About this app

At Youth Radio, we understand young people--because we are young people.
So we know, it's not always easy to handle emotions. Two things help:
* Noticing patterns in how you feel
* Reaching out to trusted others
That's what Mood Ring helps you do!

Here’s how it works: As often as you like (we recommend at least once a day), pick any combo of emojis that reflect how you're feeling. You can a little written reflection, too.

You'll get an "emotion report" showing how you've been feeling, and encouraging you to connect with people you know can make you feel better when you're down. Each time you open Mood Ring, you’ll be greeted by an inspirational quote, and you’ll also find additional resources to contact if you need to, for immediate help.

Mood Ring is confidential. Only you see your emotional reports. It's up to you who you share them with.

Mood Ring puts the power of your feelings into your own hands.

From the design, to the content and code, this app was created by a team of young people at Youth Radio, using MIT’s App Inventor, with input from a range of health and tech professionals.
