it's a great app I use it all the time. I would like to see two things added if possible, supplying a ladder truck and standpipe with a high rise pack.

It hasn't been updated since 2016. Wouldn't work on my newer phone.

Calculations are acurate. Nozzle reaction would be good.

I would recommend. Can you add nozzls pressures and coefficients from drop down menus that autoload the values?

Need setting for metric (kPa/mm)

Great app, as my volunteer and career staffers start taking interest in fire flows and such this is the app that I not only use but also recommend. Would it be possible for you to include 1 1/16 and 1 3/6 tips into the smooth bore profiles on a future update?

About this app

Friction Loss Calculator, Needed Fire Flow, Tanker Shuttle / Rural Water and Pump Discharge Pressure calculators. The user can enter any numerical value into each of the text boxes to find the amount of friction loss in a given length of hose. The app allows for any numbers to be used to accommodate newer hoses and coefficients. I have supplied two reference pages with the app for common hose coefficients along with common tip sizes and gallons per minute for each tip size.

Has Needed fire flow calculator based on the Iowa Need fire flow formula. Will give needed GPM's to extinguish fire based on involved building size.

New update has a pump discharge calculator that gives PDP with Elevation (enter in feet), Nozzle Pressure, Appliance Pressure and Residual Pressure. Enter 0 for fields you do not need.

Added Tanker Shuttle Calculator that shows how many gpm a tanker contributes to the water supply.

Stream lined each calculator to make the results and buttons in about the same place on each page.

Note pad for taking notes or saving your pump pressures for different lines.

New features

Added a note pad to store anything you want.

Fixed dialog on note pad.

Fixed a few GUI issues.

Added Tanker shuttle calculator with stop watch now.

Cleaned up buttons and moved results from calculator to an almost standard position between pages.

Enlarged results text to size 20 font.

Fixed a GPM VS PSI MIstake.

Should be last update for a bit while I work on a new layout and graphics.
