Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SwisshelpX on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Simple emergency number app! No subscription at no cost! SwissHelpX is the new version of Swisshelp Switzerland, the emergency call app.

SwissHelpX is easier to use in an emergency. The Swiss emergency numbers are stored and are executed with two clicks and alert the Swiss rescue and protection authorities.
Longitude and latitude can be accessed with GPS switched on.

Directions:
If you have an emergency, open the app and select the emergency service you need (police, Rega, fire department, ambulance, internal emergency number, toxicological emergency number)
To change the operating language: Select a flag of your language.
To change the contacts of MyContact and MyDoctor, press the button for a long time, then the saving process starts again and you can save a new contact.
To share the location, press the address and the sharing process is triggered and you decide which app you want to share the location data with.
Press Refresh GPS to perform a location update. (approx. 30 sec. act./rate)
Share button (tap on address) to share the position.
