La Secretaria del Concejo Municipal de La Paz tiene el agrado de poner a su disposición el primer Digesto Municipal Digital del Municipio de La Paz, el cual se enmarca en la Ley Municipal Autonómica No. 165 de ACCESO Y DIFUSIÓN DE LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA MUNICIPAL; norma que reivindica los principios de transparencia, mínimo coste, máxima difusión y no discriminación.

Esta Aplicación, al ser un compendio normativo temático de distribución gratuita, tiene como principal objetivo el hacer accesibles las leyes, decretos, resoluciones y ordenanzas más relevantes en el funcionamiento de nuestro municipio. En ese sentido, se busca que los representantes territoriales, sectoriales, funcionales y la ciudadanía en general, se apropien y hagan uso de esta valiosa herramienta de consulta.


Particularmente se destaca por ser práctico y accesible; se encuentra ordenado por ejes temáticos, es intuitivo, de fácil búsqueda y comprensión, cuenta con una sección para la opinión ciudadana, lo que nos permite retroalimentar las decisiones y disposiciones municipales siempre en la perspectiva de la mejora continua de la gestión y de la participación ciudadana.
