Smart torch is the best torch available for your Android phone.
It can be controlled with your voice. You can simply turn it on/off by saying on or off. You also can shake your device to turn it on or off.

Many of the apps available in the market does collect your info and sends to their server. It is fine if they are only collecting the required info to function the app properly, But most of them collect more than required info and sell it to the third parties. Which is not so good for your safety.
