About this app
The watershare APP that is used to manage an office water club. Share the cost and management of a drinking water dispenser in your office using watershare. The APP collects and verifies payments and limits access only to subscribers.
We provide the water dispenser and install and service it at no charge. The only cost is the monthly water club subscription cost (paid monthly) The current price plan is tiered and adjusts automatically to group size.
$4 per month for groups of 17 or less
$3.5 for 18 -28 members
$2.5 for 29+ members.
Join your assigned group on registration. All members prices are automatically adjusted by group size
To Begin Using the watershare APP:
Go to Google Play Store or itunes or (QR code on the dispenser label will take you to the proper download page)
1) Install and Open the watershare app on your phone
2) "Create Account" with the watershare app
3) You will receive a confirmation email that you must confirm.
4)Select your group
5) Add a credit card to join the water club subscription service (recurring subscription payments are automatic unless you cancel).
*Use the "NEXT" option on the keypad to advance fields.
6) Install and Open the APP
7)Turn on your phone's bluetooth using your phones settings
8)Connect your bluetooth with the device called "water". "water" should appear after your phone searches for nearby bluetooth devices
* your phone should note that you are connected to the water cooler.
9)on your phone watershare app select the temperature of the water you want to dispense (3 temperature choices)
10)Place your cup or refillable water bottle in the lighted alcove of the water cooler.
11)Press the "logo" on the water dispenser label and fill your water bottle
*Once you make your temperature selection the app starts a 60 second timer. Your phone should automatically disconnect from the water dispenser bluetooth relay. If you need more time you will need to connect your phone again to "water" bluetooth device. This is a method of making the water dispenser available for the next user. If you forgot to disconnect, the water dispenser's bluetooth relay would be occupied and not discover able.
100) The members need to share some very modest housekeeping. Since you are there and we are not; please empty the drip tray and wipe the cooler surface from time to time (especially the drip tray). If you see the red tipped buoy rise, this means the drip tray reservoir needs to be emptied.
