TimesAPP lets you easily control and limit the usage time of applications. You can lock an app after a timeout or immediately.

TimesApp will ask to become an administrator of your phone. The ONLY reason to make TimesApp an administrator is that administrator apps can't be force stopped or uninstalled.
But what will happen if someone goes into the "Settings" and removes TimesAPP from the administrators list? Well, you can simply use TimesApp to lock the "Settings" and TimesApp will remain an administrator.
