Since I found out this app needed adjustment to calibrate correctly, I rate it 4 out of 5. My ear ringing can not hear silence anymore. So calibration is set to 0 with only the tick of the clock in the room. 4:45 AM, Silent house, and A/C off, I can hear a ringing hum along with the ticket of the clock 10 ft away.
