Very, very disappointed with this case/app. First had an iPhone, worked brilliantly. App was discontinued for iOS, forced to buy an Android phone. Bought a cheaper Samsung, told my phone was incompatible. Fine. Bought a Samsung S20 Ultra. App still does not work. Very little support and just an absolute waste of money considering I spent $700AUD on this product. Loved Deepcool before this, but here's a warning, steer clear of this case, unless you just want it for an ornament.

I tried to connect with Android and IOS devecies too, but not working. Couldn't find my case from any device, I tried 4 phone. (2 of them ios, and the other 2 is android)

Nothing works, unneeded app permissions why do you need to be able to make calls and know my location.
