I had to factory reset my phone and before I did that I backed up password manager to my Google Drive and to my Dropbox and guess what. I cannot retrieve any of it! It is disgusting. I am so upset I have meticulously saved passwords websites PIN numbers notes everything and it's all gone. ok. thanks for your help. I got it!!! :)

bkup does not work. i tried 2 times 2 diff bkups to google drive going from one phone to another and the file i select to restore keeps my password to obtain access but the passwords are blank. its like i am starting out new each file. this will need to get fixed. i bought this one for its specific reason to bkup into cloud.

backup file from Password Manager VIP not compatible with this? 1 star for me. i have 100+ accounts saved on Password Manager now I cannot even transfer it to my other devices.
