I cannot open the camera on my other phone at all like it just keeps processing it never comes on and it's not working what is going on? This happens all the time now like it'll be working 1 minute and then you got to get back on there and you ain't working right so I go and clear all my stuff reopening and still the same thing.*UPDATE* well they fixed most the previous probs til now. Now it just shows black screen and no sound whatsoever!! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP...

Been using this app for 3-4 years back then twas a very very good app. This recent update made it useless. Just black screen, no sound, location not working no matter how stable the connection is. I tried uninstalling and installing again but it's just the same. Now it's just an app with too many ads but main purpose is not working anymore. So sad about it

Became useless....everytime I need to open remote device and give permissions. No use now. Unable to use since last one year on any new devices too.....what is the use when u cannot monitor remote device.....only black screen

I can't see nor hear the other phone because only black appears on my screen. It was functional for a few days but most of the time i only see black.

Need to update this App's, Older aaps had the facility to listen to phone calls, but the new update does not have this facility. Once the mobile with the camera app is restarted or closed, the other mobile has to login again. So even with login black screen is showing, login is very late, plz some new update on this as soon as possible would be great.

Hi Trackview team, I have a monthly Gold Subscription, how come I am still having problems with the app after paying for the service? It was working for a couple of days however it seems that the app is telling me to get the platinum subscription instead. I am very much willing to change the review however if the app is not working properly and will only force subscribers to move to platinum then this is somethjng else, I have sent emails seeking assistance but to response from you guys.
