The current directory kept changing itself to an invalid directory after I ran a command after `cd`ing. The terminal became unusable after I tried to run `vi`. And the app doesn't let you copy or edit previous commands - you have to type the whole command again if you mess it up. Still, after trying different command sequences, I finally got the app to run a `cat` command as root so I could inspect a system file, and that was all I needed.
