This may work only for those who are already clear about Major tasks, medium tasks and minor tasks. If you are not clear about your tasks, this app may not make any sense to you. If you are clear or determined to divide your every task in these three category, then this app may help you to move forward. There is no other command except to Reset. I wish there should be an option to silence sound.

It is an okay app to use, it's not great but it can be something for you to use to help provide motivation for yourself. Something that I would recommend to the developers would be to have an exp bar widget and to have a list of generic tasks that you would complete, and instead of just pressing miner, medium or major, you tap on those generic tasks and will automatically assign points.
