Life Leveller is a motivational tool that will help you achieve more. Whenever you do something of significance, be it a minor task like cleaning the bathroom or going for a run, a medium task like taking an exam, building a shed or learning a new recipe, or a major task like learning a new language, achieving one of your year's goals or getting to your ideal weight, you simply click a button in Life Leveller. A rewarding sound will play and your experience points will go up, just like in a computer game. If you have enough experience, your level will also increase. Your brain will associate the sound and seeing the little progress bar increasing with being productive, and a positive feedback loop will be set up.
