Tidigare urusel app (2016), numera bara dålig. Många bugar, krånglig, dålig översikt, gammalt gränssnitt. Numera kräver appen att man fysiskt skickar sms för att stänga av larmet. Sen måste man ofta logga in igen. De har tänkt fel från början när de lagt in att användaren ska skicka sms direkt till larmet. Det märks att larmet säljs billigt. Appen har integritetsproblem när man delar den med andra och man vet inte hur många som kan komma åt ens larm via app då den bara kräver larmid.

Haven't been able to disarm and arm from app in last 4 month, have resetted the system several times and reinstalled the app. When trying to arm, no hash is filled into the sms app so there is nothing to send.
