This flabby app needs Adobe Air – which, when installed, takes 26.13MB + the actual size of DreamEdit in addition! Not much of a dream... more of a nightmare.

Looks good. FTP does not actually connect. With external USB keyboard there is incredibly long lags. It gets worse the more text I add. Lag at about 0.5 secs with every keypress for a few lines and over 2 sec for 200 lines. What is the point of Adobe Air?

oh ya, i disliked this on, ps your open from sd should be on your quick bar.... funny how a text editor on android tht is not full of bugs is so hard to find, dont feel bad you are not alone, i guess i must create my own...

Adobe Air is a pre-requisite, and makes the download size larger as such. And it's not formatted for Tablets, if we could run it on Tablets without all the buttons and text being huge, it would be the best editor I've used, till then I'll keep looking. This does allow for multiple files open at the same time, but till Tablets have support it's not as great as it could be.

Delete button pastes duplication of what your trying to delete on htc hd desire. Great idea though.
