This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Elections Helper on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Election Helper is a tool for electoral volunteers in Georgia. It's a volunteer-friendly tool. The current methods used by volunteers to observe elections are severely limited by the memory of one volunteer. This tool empowers volunteers with state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning resources to bring together nationwide efforts, as well as an opportunity to look at the efforts of ordinary people in a broader understanding of the country's foundations.
And now in more detail: this application helps to detect fraud in the voting process at the polling station. The application is intended for internal use by observers in order to identify violations during voting at the elections to the National Parliament of Georgia.
With this application, registered and approved observers will be able to follow incoming voters and add them to the voter list using a smartphone camera. If the app detects a violation, our user (volunteer) will receive a push notification.
