After e-mails with the app developer he has made improvements to this app. I can now convert my records to PDF, transfer my saved records to store at an alternate location. In the app when you tap on signature, a signature box appears and the signer's signature image is permanently embedded for the record. I used a second app (File Manager) to view, rename and/or move the records. These records are permanently stored with the app on your phone and can't be changed. I plan to use this app.

About this app

A simple notary journal that records acts. It saves it locally to your device, and allows for easy back ups to whatever archiving system you want to use.

The entry files have the extension of ".entry", but are saved in JSON format. Signatures are effectively encoded with Base 64 to preserve the signature image.

New features

Updated some labels.
1. In Settings: instead of just a title, it asks for name and title, to enter below signature line in record html.
2. In HTML: replaced "Time of Act" and "Document Time" to "Date of Act" and "Document Date"; added "Expiration" before commission expiry date under signature.
3. Added a toast message when exporting record html document to state where it was exported to.
