This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Any Send on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

I have Any Send on all my family devices at home (Note 3, Note 2, S4, Tab 2, Win 8 PC, Win 7 lappy). I have had zero issues with it working once configured right (which is not much to change). I have used this with coworkers too. I wish there was an option to send files over the internet rather than just local network.

This app looks like it could be about the best utility I might have yet... but it only installs on one of my Android devices and laptop. I'm not going to be able to use it much if I can't get it on my HTC One V, so everything works well together.

I downloaded this both for my phone and my PC, but I couldn't find either my PC on my phone or the other way. I think it is due to the network problem 'cuz I am using the campus's wireless network. Hope it will work later. Anyway, Great design!!!

This App's got potential. It's just what I needed to be able to quickly and easily transfer stuff among my multiple android devices. Unfortunately it doesn't support the HTC Evo View and I have experienced repeated crashes while trying to transfer between an HTC Evo 4g and a Samsung Galaxy S3.

Please add Wi-Fi Direct support then it will be even better. Please stick to the ICS Holo UI. Honestly the current UI is ugly. Please add support for HTC One V. Any Send cannot be seen in Play Store for download on HTC One V. I have to manually bluetooth the apk from my Galaxy Nexus to HTC One V.

Highly recommend it for cross-platform file transfer. Few things needs to be addressed for 5 star rating:  1. Slow Startup/Closing of the app even on high end devices. Please fix it if possible without disrupting the stability of the app.  2. Rather than keeping it on notification when not in use, the back button should close the app in my opinion (as people may not require the app to be running all the time). Please add that option in setting.  3. Design could be updated to match the material view.

Version 1.2.4 corrects a bug where all the devices on the network would not be visible, corrects a bug with screen rotation for tablets, and adds software acceleration for android 4.0+ devices.
Version 1.2.2 contains support for showing menus on devices without menu buttons and fixes a force close issue.
