Over the last few months, there has been rampant cyber-bullying in the game. I have logged multiple incident tickets with the customer service asking for help to address these cyber-bullying incidents, but CS simply closed my tickets as "Solved" without taking any action or even replying to me. If this continues, I will be raising the issue to Google Playstore as well as the local authorities on Cyber-bullying. In the meantime until this problem is resolved, I would advise younger users not to download or play this game.

Basically, The game and its story line is fun. Freebies almost given everyday when you finish the quest and daily task. Background music, still have a huge space for improvement. Sound effect for the skills are nicely designed. However, after I logged in for 14 days, the game cannot recognize my ID and not allowing me to login to the game. Game master, please solve this problem as soon as possible. I believe some players that abandon this game is becauze of this problem. Thank you.

The game itself is really quite fun, especially if you like wuxia stories. The writing is decent and there are some hilarious moments too. However, to get any real rewards from pvp, it is an extremely p2w system like many chinese games, requiring hundreds to thousands of dollars to invest in characters and martial arts. Many players in Chinese games would understand this but if you are new to this p2w concept, might not be a good idea to join. f2p will hit a paywall very quickly within a week.

game has a lot of weird 'players' stopping you from reaching the top. first day these players have cards that can only be obtained from long term rewards... their units are always at the max level max stats... they seem to have unlimited resources to play the game... many paying players realised that those are likely to be game master accounts or bots by the company trying to make the players pay more buy more. game itself is cool but company is a little unethical...

An excellent game that do not provide level playing field for FTPs. Very little opportunity for very active FTPs to catch up to compete with those privileged ones. You only need to pump in lots of money to win. The 守卫名门 is a big joke, no rewards for those top players listed in the name chart. The cut off time at 9.30pm is practically dominated by the only top clan. Really take out the fun from such an excellent game.

A very lousy company with extremely poor customer support. Had several issues with the game, gave feedback on both in game CS platform and Facebook, but no replies at all. Mind you, it is a VIP 16 account and that is how they treat you. The game itself has tons of bugs and errors ever since the new patch was introduced, totally made it no longer enjoyable
