I started using the app almost 2wks ago. I really like that it will tell you what process your body is undergoing at certain points of time during the fast. Very interesting and cool app. I used the free version and thought I’d give that a try first before upgrading to the purchased version. I just upgraded today. The additional plans which are built for various body types made it clear for me to choose when I am relatively new to this. It’s worth it. Plus kudos to the ability to adjust the fasting time bc of my busy working days. :)))

A good and easy app for beginners to ease into understanding and learning intermittent fasting. Apart from that it helps you lose weight with intermittent fasting, it tells you in what things that happen with your body and gives you exercise suggestions. I like it very much, I will continue to use it; Too bad I can't pay the plus, but those who can pay the plus do it, it is a good investment, if you are in the process of losing weight.

Ok, so it’s only my second day, BUT there’s something interesting about times of “not eating anything” that make them easier than “cutting down”-on-food times. No decisions to make... takes a huge load off my brain! And I thought I’d be grabbing for food when the fast was over. THAT didn’t happen. I’m buying into this. Gonna keep at it. I’m liking the surprises that come along with a whole different approach.

This app makes fasting & losing weight super easy. It completely changed my wellbeing. I've able to ease into the fasting process and have managed to keep it up for two and a half months. Reminders are timely and help you to keep track of your fasting goals. If you're debating whether or not intermittent fasting is for you, try it and gradually go longer and longer. You'll surprise yourself!

I’m a minimalist which means I don’t like complicated apps where your screen is cluttered with stuff. This app is simple to use and very user friendly that I enjoy using it very much. It keeps me accountable. I’ve tried several other apps for fasting and I find this one the best.Thru fasting I’m becoming more aware of my body’s nutritional needs. I feel like I’ve finally found the right fasting plan for me. This app is so full of personalized plans (the weekly plans which just designed for my specific needs) and is supportive of my efforts to improve my overall health. I feel that with the guidance I get from this app that I can make changes for the better. Big thumbs up!

I loved this app from the very beginning. For the last few weeks I have been stalled at 15 pounds down. With 3 days of intermittent fasting I’ve overcome the stall. 17 pounds down 33 pounds to go. ⭐️The free version was super helpful and motivating, and I purchased the yearly subscription pretty quick because I appreciated what a good free app they put out. It is very easy to use, easy to update and customize your fasting schedule, and has lots of great information as to the “why” for intermittent fasting. Definitely recommend!
