Terrible app it wont even let me log in. I tried a fresh reinstall hope that works. Cant say im surprised though every government site or app ive tried to use is terrible the government robs us of boatloads of money yet cant even provide a working app. The only silver lining is the people who work on the phone lines are helpful and friendly.

It won't let me fill out my application. Everytime I move to the next box I get kicked out.

wish this app could show me my insurance ID number. (edit) so, I wrote this when prompted to "rate our app" when was at a doctor's office, dizzy and crying. unable to give them my provider number to prove I am on applecare. I tried calling to get that info but it was a saturday and neither WAHPF nor my insurance company were taking calls. later, an image of my SNAP card appeared on the tab indicating that this was my insurance ID, (??) I was able to give that to the doctor's office on Monday and they managed to sort things out, lord knows how. I hate this horrible app. I hate their terrible website that shuts down after midnight. every interaction with this company is an argument for state sponsored medicaid being taken completely away from the public sector. I also hate that when I want basic functionality from an app, (that I was told to download and use for after-hours purposes by a prerecorded message) that the response I received to this plea is that I should have downloaded another app. I am livid. how much redundant software do you think my ancient LG can handle and why on earth do you even exist as an entity except as a roadblock to the people of Washington state's ability to access care? like, what are you even doing here? I understand that no amount of bad reviews are going to keep people from downloading this thing because we literally have to, but wow, there is nothing like being condescended to in my hour of need to remind me of how awful every experience with this company has been. I hope someday soon that all of your jobs are eliminated by universal healthcare.

Was down for maintenance offering no help whatsoever. Plus I never got a physical provider one card in the mail and it's been years!!!wow. Uggggh.

Sign in and it auto logs you out immediately, do this on repeat until you don't have Healthcare. Just as system intends.
