This app is garbage!!! Everything is broken in ways that you have never seen before. And it won't sync with the scale on my phone, 50/50 on another phone but the app constantly crashes on it.

I should have known by all the terrible reviews, but like all the others, the Bluetooth connection on my Android LG phone will not pair with the BP monitor no matter what I try, and I'm an Engineer used to this kind of problem. Too bad, the BP monitor works great, but the wireless feature is bad. Worse, the app downloaded on my ASUS tablet won't even open. Probably will return the product.

Before the update, the app would connect to my Samsung S10 and LG v20 phones but would not transfer data. Now the app keeps closing, making it even more useless. The pressure cuff on 2 units does not seat well. Both inflate unevenly, ballooning on one end. Measurements are impossible. I use a cuffs from another brand BP unit. They inflated properly and provided good measurements

If you try to sync your bp monitor, it just readds the device in the app. It doesn't actually sync your numbers. And the switch in the upperright corner that you can turn on to sync your results doesn't exist. There are better things in life to be frustrated with than this app, so save your time and try a different one.

Rarely connects. I had the scale, ecg, blood pressure monitor and pulse o2 sensor. All sent back because they are impossible to use keep connected which defeats the purpose of smart health devices.

Worst app, ever. Forgot my login 24 hours later (remember me still checked) can't recover password. Tried 3 times. Got 1 code it failed. Initial setup and sync with pulse meter was horrible. Took numerous tries. Had high hopes, never had the chance to try my blood pressure cuff with the app. PURE, USELESS GARBAGE, AVOID!
