About this app

WHY?ENTRY, a mobile tablet friendly android app, has been developed to achieve automation and ease the recording and management of visitor in-flow, a major need for all businesses in public domain. The app records visitors identity (name, phone number and photograph), check-in time and prints a visitor ID-card specifying the identity, photograph and the app generated barcode. The device camera is used both for taking visitors’ photograph at the check-in time and to scan the barcode at the check-out time. The integrated automatic cloud upload function keeps data safe. The data is used to generate reports on frequency of visitors during the visiting hours, average frequency and the average time spent on visit / by visitor.
