I'm glad to see this app receiving developer attention! However, the app has "sped up" since the last time I used it: it's no longer a true 4-4-4-4 count, and the new pace stresses me out... Maybe just in my head!

A little disappointed with the update since it's no longer a four count hold after exhaling. That worked better for me,the rhythm is also faster now so I seem to get more stressed while doing the breathing but relaxing slightly better after the circle.

Where's the for count hold after the exhale, like stated in the tutorial? It could also use an alarm. Usually the exercises are 5 to 10 minutes. It would be nice to have a count down timer displayed.

I do not reside in DC, nor am I included in the jurisdiction of the Corporate US. I refuse to make a binding contract with this applications EULA thereby placing me under the jurisdiction of the Corporate US. Thanks, but no thanks. I enjoy being a free man, in one of the several states.
