Overall, I am suffering !! Not because the application is bad but its not being managed well. The data is not update, mails get returned back saying " server full". No one to pick up phone and finally could not board flight because the status is showing PURPLE , although I had two shots of Pfizer vaccine in Dubai, updated my status on Saudi Website , wrote 3 mails, call 10 times but nothing working. I do not know how to deal with such situation ??

It's a good app. Works well even when I was back home on vacation. Only issue I experienced was with the gathering permission at a shopping mall, it took me like 15 minutes and several attempts to get the okay while other shoppers were granted access.

I have been trying to download my health passport as a PDF for the last two weeks, but I keep getting the following error : "something went wrong, please try again later". I deleted the application's cache; I uninstalled/re-installed the app; nothing seems to work.

If your app is in purple once you complete the institutional quarantine, please contact 930 ministry of tourism. I had faced the same issue for 8 days after I completed the quarantine, try to contact the lab, MOH and finally came to know that Ministry of Tourism is taking care of issues on institutional quarantine. Their response time is amazing and they fixed my issue within 5 hours and my app turned green. Their target time for resolving an issue is 3 hours. Hats off to them. Hope this will help someone.

Doesn't work. Even though I did 2 negative tests and spent 7 days in quarantine it says I need another test to leave. The hotel where I spent institutionalised quarantine doesn't agree with this and I had to leave. Customer service might be good but they don't respond to any queries so difficult to know.

Android app does not work everytime it seems not well made compare to Apple iPhone one. Some times app is not able to update immunity status n consequently u suffer waiting or reinstalling app outside shops or malls. They need to make at par with Apple app.

Tawakkalna Emergency app is the official app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for managing emergency cases and community protection. It has played a significant role in containing the spread of COVID-19 and was developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

At the beginning of Tawakkalna launch, it aimed to contribute to the management of relief efforts by electronically granting permits during the “Curfew Period” for both government & private-sector workers as well as individuals. This in turn helped in limiting the spread of Covid-19 virus in the Kingdom.

During the “Return with Caution” period, Tawakkalna App launched several important new services that contribute to achieving a safe return, most notably clarifying the health status of its users through colored codes with the highest levels of security and privacy.
