This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Fitness Steps... on PC Windows and Mac.

Your daily fitness routine workouts.
This application is free to use and all the contents are available in the app with well-defined brief description of each equipment’s and exercise’s. There are no in-app purchases and all the contents are available offline.

You can count your total steps taken in a day with the help of “Count Your Steps” section without buying any fancy gadgets, just hit the Start button and you are ready to go. Also you can reset the no of steps taken daily.

You can also calculate your BMI (Body Mass index) in this application in the “Calculate Your BMI” section, just put your weight in Kgs and your height in cms and hit the calculate button to get your BMI.

Get tips about weight lifting, weight gaining, weight losing and the major gym exercises in the section “Gym Exercises”. You can chose from various exercises listed in the “Gym Exercises” section (whatever suits you best) and get detailed explanation on what to do and how to do the exercises.
A sample diet chart also available in this application for healthy dieting.

Get full list of gym equipment’s in the “Gym Equipments” Section, where you can get the detailed description of equipment and muscles used on using a particular equipment.
