Very good 👍 👏 I have been using this app for 3 months. I like that each exercise is timed rather than reps. Also I like that you can see which muscles you are working on each exercise. I suffer with back problems so this app has helped me get my strength back and also tone up in the process. I have recommended it to all my friends.

I used to use this app and was already loving it but I fell off and now I'm back on. It seems they updated some things while I was off and it is even better now then it was then. The work out always feels easy as I am doing it but I am sweating by the end and feel it the next day. The gentle music is a nice touch. I definitely recommend.

The pictures are not clear on the exercises. Videos are a little better but if you really don't know what your doing, this app isn't for you. Also noticed it doesn't switch sides. Only had me work out my left leg and not my right? I followed and listened to the app anyway and moved on to the next exercise and it tells me "other side!" In the middle of an exercise tht wasn't a left or right sided type exercise... makes no sense. It's not clear.

It is really helpful app with a variety of excercise available, all the exercises are amazing I can feel the muscles strain.They are exhausting, and will make you feel that you had a good workout session. It would be really helpful if there will be a description provided as to on which body part or muscle is the excercise going to work with. Also please can you add some background music it really works.

Good exercises but the animations are not clear at all. Would also suggest that names of the exercises appear when we are doing them not just at the start. Adding a short explaination of the exercise could also be helpful. The order of the exercises must be improved as well.

i doubt those are real pilates exercises, they look mostly like the yoga exercises... mostly kind of stretching and sitting like what?! some you cant understand what i need to do, and some dont switch sides... if you're looking for real pilates this is not it. (doesn't matter even if you choose the hard variant, it has equally easy exercises you only do them for a longer time).
