I can't review the app because I uninstalled it before I got round to using it. It drained my battery in half a day, as shown by android battery stats.

About this app

The My Life Guide Toolbox contains the Healthy Mind app - a new FREE app developed by health experts at the University of Southampton and Palo Alto University, US. Healthy Mind will offer you nine quick and easy tools that will help you to deal with stress and lift your mood. These tools have been proven to work in scientific studies.

To use Healthy Mind you'll first need to download and open the My Life Guide Toolbox (see above). You'll then see an option to use Healthy Mind.

You may be asked to upgrade your Google Play services or version of Android on your phone. You can do this by going to your phone settings (or 'about phone') and clicking on software updates.
