Well done, easy enough to add my smart card. Would have been nice to be able to upload the QR code instead of needing to pull it up on another device and capture with the camera. Sync with my health system went smoothly too. Really glad an app like this exists from a nonprofit that I trust.

Requires connection and download from provider. Not able to create MY OWN records independent of what other providers may have. Will be useful when that is added. Right now it's not useful to me at all.

I am upgrading from 1 star to 4 stars. It now works better at accessing VA simple medical records than the VA's own site. However, it doesn't get 5 stars because it seems to have a lot of things mixed up. I click on vaccines and get vaccines, medications, lab results, etc. I click on medications and get the same thing. Something got mixed in the transfer. It's still faster to thumb through this app than the VA site. Thanks for taking care of those that take care of all of us.

Love it. My health records used to be all over the place, which makes it hard to catch up new doctors on previous conditions. For the first time I have all my medical records in one place, and I love how easy it is to integrate this app across many data sources.

Great clean user interface, and so exciting to have easy access to my health records! I was able to login to my Labcorp account and get my COVID test results in just over a minute.

Installed, created pass code, and setup a profile. When you go to add data sources it just spins. Confirmed good internet connection. Tried on 2 devices and same behavior.
