Tried to look up physicians by name and zip code and was given options 50+ miles from home. This app isn't user friendly or accurate. Unless financial connection with insurance company, why do they advertise use of app so unuseful? I spent just a little bit of time looking at settings, then settled on coming back to give 1 star rating for dissatisfaction before deleting. Was looking forward to accessing all reports, messaging, scheduling, etc on 1 app, but should know better.... maybe some day!

I love it I figured out how not to do passcodes everytime I get on the app. It is so easy to use and makes my life easier to write things to my doctors when I have an issue and they get back to me in a timely matter. Thank you for the app.

If I switch apps, it logs me out. If I try to use my password manager to log in, it closes the login page. This app makes the already painful MyChart an even worse experience. Trying to navigate this while dealing with health issues is deeply regretful.

Every time I try to log in I have to go through the verification process and it sends a code to me but in order to get the code I have to leave the app and I end up in this never ending cycle bevause leaving the app logs me out.
