Definitely a lacking app. If you enter your password wrong there times, your locked out. That's ok, I understand. What doesnt make sense is calling for IT support and you cant reach them. I was on hold for 1 hour 39 minutes, lost my connection, had to start all over. Never spoke with anyone. I had to get help from a check in staff member at one of the St Lukes medical offices. This app is wanting...

UPDATE: This app is STILL very buggy and annoying to use! I should be able to see past appointments and other things without having to jump through hoops!

This app is absolutely worthless, can't login. I was just logged in on the site but it forced me to use the app in order to view messages from my doctor, which now I can't access. I need the documents to return to work and he now has to mail them, this is literally costing me money.

This is so helpful. My test results show up very quickly, I can ask questions about any of them and get an answer, I can schedule appointments...it's a great app!

After putting in your user id and password there is no " sign in" to get into your chart. ( The keyboard doesn't disappear)
