It works great for me. Lets me make and change appointments, ask my doctors questions, and request prescription refills without waiting on hold, and lets me update my insurance info without spending a half hour filling out forms in the waiting room.

The new version is a step backwards. It's confusing and makes it very difficult to look up future appointments. Not user friendly.
