This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My Doctor Online (NCAL Only) on PC Windows and Mac.

Keyboard and voice to text do not automatically capitalize at start of sentence. Does not stay logged in long enough. Wouldnt mind at least 30 minutes. Also, in the prescriptions area, there is a banner on the lower third of the screen that never goes away. I should be able to remove that. Also, just tried to fill a prescription there and got an error. Went immediately to my tablet and was able to fill it on the website without problem.

I've never been able to refil my prescriptions on the app. "A network connection cannot be established", and I can't get rid of a reminder for my kid's well child visit that already took place almost six months ago. Often my video appointments will crash too and we end up switching to just the telephone. It's incredibly annoying, espeically when the video visits are only because of covid precautions.

Good for the most part, but it doesn't retrieve new messages and can take weeks to show them. I need to be in contact with my doctors and being unable to view new messages makes it difficult to access care.

This is an excellent way of communication between doctor and patient! Appt dates, refill prescriptions, texting our doctors and nurses with all our questions. I love It! Thank you so much for this tremendous connection!

Need to get email from dr. Wont let me do anything circle just keeps spinning g for15 mins saying 'updating your info. What the heck. His office is closing soon and if I say update later it just goes back to update now? Wow what a great system.

To get started, download and launch the app. Sign-in with your kp.org user ID and password. A Northern California member without a kp.org user ID and password can register from the app – just tap “Sign-In Help.” Once you sign-in, enable app notifications.
